My name means lamb or purity. I get kind of disappointed when I learn the meaning of my name. It’s a sheep. It keeps us warm and eats and does stuff and whatnot, not like a dolphin who actually has distinct qualities. But I am glad that my name is hard to rhyme with things. So no teasing. :p

Audrey means “Noble Strength”, which was something I could never really grasp. It sounded more like a string of nice sounding, prestigious words without any really applicable semantics. But I think as I have grown, the word “noble” has begun to gain more meaning in my eyes.

I think this is stupid. I don’t see the purpose of changing your name. You don’t need to change your name to begin world peace, or be benevolent, or kind. Those are actions. My name means heaven, but the way its pronounced in English means something bad… I’m not quite sure what exactly but a few people have mentioned it and they said it means hellish/ evil or something. My parents want me to change my name but I’ll definitely keep it… I personally feel that a name given on birth has a lot of meaning and shouldn’t be changed in a hurry. The nature of his (and along with overpaid celebrities) lifestyle is just insulting to the people with real hearts in this world and the fact that he wants to be attributed with “good” things that in reality he doesn’t fulfill is insulting.
